5 Ways to Prevent big Stomach

You have just bought a new dress, a dress with a material that fits in pretty well. The plan, you would wear to the wedding of a friend. 3. Limit sugar

If you tend to feel more "swollen" before or during menstruating, make sure you get the intake of adequate calcium and magnesium every day. Both can help relieve symptoms of PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), one of which is bloated and distended abdomen.

5. Consumption of probiotics
"Good" bacteria may be consumed on a regular basis and can keep you from bloated and distended stomach, says Gazzaniga-Moloo. In fact, the consumption of "good" bacteria can also help women with irritable bowel syndrome disorder, whose symptoms include abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea.
